For nearly a century, the Belvedere restaurant (open to the clients of the hotel and others), has offered the best of the Italian tradition and of the typical dishes of our region. The quality and the freshness of our ingredients are our strength.
During the winter, the olives grown in our groves produces the oil that you find on the tables of the restaurant. You may sample the capers that we patiently collect from the walls of our gardens, and the aromatic herbs are always fresh. The production of some sausages and in particular salami is a tradition passed on by our parents.
The meat and fish dishes are strictly grilled over olive wood. The fresh pasta, ravioli and gnocchi are prepared by us every day and if you pass by in the late morning you will smell from the kitchen the fragrance of freshly-baked apple pie. Would you prefer to end the evening with a tiramisu? Now you are in the right place!
PYou may enjoy our dishes on the terrace or seated in the welcoming salons with large windows from which you will enjoy a stupendous lake view.
We can also satisfy your request for a maximum of 70 seats in the dining room or 40 places on the terrace for any type of reception: from a wedding luncheon to a working lunch, or classic dinners for your children’s baptisms and christenings. We will help and advise you on the menu decisions, meeting your needs and requests.
Closed on Thursdays in the winter.
All the other days, our restaurant is open from noon to 2:00 p.m. and from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
